2025

·       Thesis protocol writing workshop for faculty was conducted on 19 March 2025 held at Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak. A total of 27 faculty were trained in this workshop.

·       3yrs celebration of NMC Regional Centre PGIMS, Rohtak – a workshop for faculty on “Mastering Communication skill for AETCOM” was held on 24 March 2025. A total of 27 faculty were trained in this workshop.

·   Thesis protocol Writing workshop for 1st year MD/ MS residents (Admn. year 2024) was conducted on 26 March – 11 April 2025 held at Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak. A total of 240 residents were trained in this workshop.

·       8th Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) workshop organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre, PGIMS, Rohtak from 21-23 April 2025 for faculty of allocated college at PGIMS, Rohtak and 29 faculty were trained.

·       9th Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) workshop organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre, PGIMS, Rohtak from 5-7 May 2025 for faculty of allocated college at PGIMS, Rohtak and 29 faculty were trained.

·       Sensitization workshop on “New CBME guidelines 2024 for Assessment & paper setting” were held on 2 July 2025 for Professor & Head/ representatives of Phase 1 subjects of various colleges affiliated to this university.

·       10th Curriculum Implementation Support Program (CISP III) workshop organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre, PGIMS, Rohtak from 6-7 August 2025 for faculty of allocated college at PGIMS, Rohtak and 28 faculty were trained.

·       11th Curriculum Implementation Support Program (CISP III) workshop organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre, PGIMS, Rohtak from 11-12 August 2025 for faculty of allocated college at PGIMS, Rohtak and 28 faculty were trained.

·   CME on “Competency Based Medical Education – Reforms & Reversions” organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre for Faculty Development cum inauguration of Department of Medical Education at Pt. B D Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak on 20 Nov 2024. 30 faculty attended the program.

·       Communication Skills workshop held on 22 November, 2024 during ARMSCON.

·       7th Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) workshop organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre, PGIMS, Rohtak from 25-27 Nov 2024 for faculty of PGIMS, Rohtak and 26 faculty were trained.

·       Leadership skills workshop for Undergraduate Students held on 29th and 30th, November 2024

·       11th revised Basic Course Workshop in Medical Education Technologies organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre at PGIMS, Rohtak from 9 -11 March 2023 for faculty of PGIMS, Rohtak and allocated college under this Regional Centre and 24 faculty were trained.

·       Communication skill workshop on 5.3.2023 for 25 postgraduates of PGIMS, Rohtak.

·       Resource Faculty Training Workshop for the implementation of AETCOM modules Phase III (Part II) was conducted on 10 & 11 April 2023. Around 40 clinical faculty attended this workshop and are now successfully running the Phase IV module AETCOM sessions.

·   Sensitization workshops for “Blueprinting in Assessment” were conducted on 07.8.2023 & 08.8.2023 for the faculty of various colleges affiliated to UHS Rohtak so as to frame guidelines for MBBS Phase III (Part 2) university examination.

2022

·       10th revised Basic Course Workshop in Medical Education Technologies organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre at PGIMS, Rohtak from 9 -11 November 2022 for faculty of PGIMS, Rohtak and allocated college under this Regional Centre and 23 faculty were trained.

·       A sensitization program for HODs and one faculty from each department on 6.10.2022 (Basic

Sciences), 7.10.2022 (Broad specialty clinical Department) & 10.10.2022 (Super Specialty), was done to create elective posting module, log book etc.

·       Training of resource faculty regarding electives on 30.9.2022

·       Sensitization workshops for “Alignment & Integration” were conducted on 5.9.2022 & 6.9.2022. Around 30 faculty from all the department attended this workshop

·       9th revised Basic Course Workshop in Medical Education Technologies organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre at PGIMS, Rohtak from 24 -26 August 2022 for faculty of PGIMS, Rohtak and 26 faculty were trained.

·       Resource Faculty Training Workshop for the implementation of AETCOM modules Phase III (Part 1) was conducted on 19 & 20 August 2022. Around 40 clinical faculty attended this workshop and are now successfully running the Phase 3 module AETCOM sessions.

·       Sensitization workshop for “Blueprinting in Assessment” were held on 09th & 10th August, 2022 for Professor & Head along with the MBBS Incharge of ENT, Ophthalmology, Community Medicine and Forensic Medicine of various colleges affiliated to this university, so as to frame guidelines needs for MBBS Phase III university examination.

·       8th revised Basic Course Workshop in Medical Education Technologies organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre at PGIMS, Rohtak from 24 -26 May, 2022 along with the inauguration of the Regional Centre at PGIMS, Rohtak and 12 MEU & CC members were re - trained.

2021

·       7th Revised Basic Course Workshop (rBCW) in Medical Education Technologies Organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre for MET MAMC, New Delhi at PGIMS, Rohtak ,24-26 August 2021 and 25 faculty were trained.

·       6th Revised Basic Course Workshop (rBCW) in Medical Education Technologies Organized under the aegis of NMC Regional Centre for MET MAMC, New Delhi at PGIMS, Rohtak, 4-6 August 2021 and 24 faculty were trained.

·       5th Revised Basic Course Workshop (rBCW) in Medical Education Technologies Organized under the aegis of MCI Regional Centre for MET MAMC, New Delhi at PGIMS, Rohtak, 24-26 March 21 and 25 faculty were trained.

·       Resource Faculty Training Workshop for the implementation of AETCOM modules Phase 2 was conducted on 19 & 20 February 2021 and 24 & 25 February 2021. Around 32 para-clinical faculty attended this workshop and are now successfully running the phase 2 module AETCOM sessions.

·       Department of Pharmacology conducted a sensitization programme “Standardizing CBME Implementation in Pharmacology” under the aegis of MEU on 1 April 2021. Around 25 faculty from all medical colleges affiliated to Pt. B D Sharma UHS Rohtak attended this programme and finalized their log book, CAP – internal assessment, university pattern for theory & practical exam, skill module training, elective posting structure etc.

2020

2019

2018

·       Thesis Writing & Research Methodology Workshop for 1st year MD/MS residents (Admission year 2018) was held 6-11 August, 2018. A total of 235 PGs were trained in this workshop.

·       3rd Revised Basic Course Workshop in Medical Education Technologies organized under the aegis of MCI Regional Centre for Medical Education Technologies, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi at Pt. B D Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak from 26-28 March 2018 and 24 faculty were trained.

·       Sensitization workshop on CBME and AETCOM implementation organized on 17.12.18 for medical and dental faculty. Dr. Deepak Badyal, Co-convener, MCI Nodal Center for MET, CMC, Ludhiana and his team were invited to train the faculty in the areas of various recent changes introduced in undergraduate curriculum for MBBS course implemented by MCI, New Delhi.

2008-17

·       1st Revised Basic Course Workshop in Medical Education Technologies organized under the aegis of MCI Regional Centre for Medical Education Technologies, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi at Pt. B D Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak from 17-19 April 2017 and 27 faculty were trained.

·       Thesis Writing & Research Methodology Workshop for 1 st year PG students (Admn. Year 2017) was conducted from 4-9 September, 2017 held at Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak. A total of 236 PGs were trained in this workshop.

·       2nd Revised Basic Course Workshop in Medical Education Technologies organized under the aegis of MCI Regional Centre for Medical Education Technologies, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi at Pt. B D Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak from 27-29 November 2017 and 27 faculty were trained.

Year 2016

·       Thesis protocol writing workshop was held from 1st to 5th September, 2016 for Ist  year Medical and Dental PG students of PGIMS & PGIDS, Rohtak

·       Therapeutic communication skill workshop for UG’s held on 16.03.2016 at PGIMS, Rohtak.

Year 2015

·       Workshop on Thesis & research methodology for faculty of PGIMS/PGIDS Rohtak from 11-13 Aug, 2015.

27 faculty members from PGIMS & PGIDS participate.
